Suncat Malta Ltd., offers Private Day Charters, Private Sunset Charters, and Overnight Charters. Each type of charter has its unique features and inclusions

An experienced skipper, unlimited mineral water, 2 stand-up paddle boards, snorkelling gear, sound system, use of onboard amenities, post-cleaning, fuel, and all taxes.

Day Charters

Day Charters start at 09:00 till 17:00 or 10:00 till 18:00.

We understand the importance of flexibility and want to assure you that alternative timings can be accommodated to better suit your schedule. Our commitment is to provide a convenient and tailored experience for you. Please feel free to let us know your preferred times, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable arrangement for your needs.

You should bring sun protection cream, hat, sunglasses, swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, snorkelling equipment, inflatable water toys.

Evening Charters

Evening charters start at 19:00 and end at 23:00

Most definatly. Evening charters offer the perfect ambience for special occasions like proposals, anniversaries and date nights.

Overnight Charters

The selected boat can be booked for multiple days and nights, depending on availability.

Each guest room has fresh linen, pillows and towels. Dinnerware, and cookware is available for use.

Weather and Seasonality

In the event of unfavourable weather conditions, your private charter will either be rescheduled to another available day without any additional fees, or the deposit will be fully refunded.

Our peak season runs from May 1st to September 30th. Prices and availability may vary during this period. Demand for weekends is generally higher than weekdays, hence it is advised to secure your booking in advance to avoid any disappointments.

Booking and Reservations

It is advisable to book a yacht charter well in advance, especially during peak seasons or holidays when the demand is high. Ideally, booking your private charter one (1) month ahead renatl date will give you a better chance of securing your preferred yacht and ensuring availability.

Payments and Cancellations

We accept payments via cash, Revolut, Direct Bank Transfer and Cheque.

A 25% deposit is required within three (3) days of making the reservation. The remaining balance can be sttled on board on the day of the charter.

Where the Charterer gives notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the charter, the Charterer shall be entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid. In the event that the notice of cancellation is given to the Owner fifteen (15) days or more prior to the day of  the commencement of the charter, the Charterer shall be entitled to be rufunded half of the amount of the Deposit paid. In the event that the Charterer gives notice to cancel this Agreement less than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the Charter, the Charterer shall not be entitled to any form of refund of the deposit.

Food and Beverages

Yes, groups can choose to either bring their own food and drinks or select our catered food packages.

Yes, Suncat Malta Charters offers optional dining with a wide array of homemade menus at affordable prices. Our lunch menus vary from light menus, BBQ menus, vegan menus and seasonal fruit platters. If you have something specific in mind, ask us about catering for your tastes. Any allergies shall be communicated beforehand, and we are pleased to accommodate accordingly.

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The boat galleys have a gas stove, 2 medium sized fridges, fresh water, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, drinking glasses, serving dishes, etc.

Yes, it can be used at an additional cost. Please contact us for quote.

Yes, we provide a large cooler. You are welcome to bring your own (1 or two additional coolers), but please limit them to medium size for ease of storage. On-board fridges are also available for your drinks/food storage.

Yes, and we recommend it in moderation consumption. Given we are operating a sailing yacht with the sails, ropes and the yacht moving in different directions, it is very important that all guests are well aware of what's going on around them.

Safety and Precautions

All boats are equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, life rafts, life rings, flares, fire extinguishers and other safety equipment. Our skippers are trained in safety procedures to ensure a secure experience.

Miscellaneous

Day Charters last approximately 8 hours (10:00 - 18:00).

Evening Charters last approximatley 4 hours (19:00 - 23:00).

Overnight charters have different durations.

Yes, our boats are fully equipped with a sound system, and you can connect via Bluetooth, USB or AUX.

Yes, we provide goggles for your use. You are also welcome to bring your own gear.

Beyond a doubt. We gladly accommodate and assist in decorating and assist in decorating to make the occasion as memorable as possible....making moments turn into memories.

Yes children are allowed on private charters. Suncat Malta Charters prioritizes safety and enjoyment for all passengers, including minors of all ages and abilities. Children must be supervised by adults at all times during private charters to ensure their safety and prevent any accidents. Plenty of life-vests are available on on-board for infants, children and adults.

The Catamarans are large boats with two hulls which boasts great stability, hence it does not lean over nor roll like single hull so it is unlikely you feel seasick. In addition, we operate in sheltered waters. However, if you would prefer to take precautions, there are plenty of seasickness remedies from the pharmacy.

Our fleet is fully equipped and insured; however, we strongly recommend traveling with your own travel insurance.

Pets are not allowed on-board

Smoking is only allowed outside on deck. For safety reasons, smoking in cabins and saloons is prohibited on all yachts.
